Our 200-hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training in Bengaluru, India is a well-structured, Yoga Alliance-registered program. The curriculum is designed to help aspiring yoga teachers to establish a strong foundation that is grounded in yoga philosophy as well as physical asana and yogic practices. The training program establishes a deep understanding of the practice and develops ethical and modern teaching skills alongside traditional values. It ensures that graduates are well equipped to teach personal and group classes as well as manage their own health and wellness goals.

Code of Conduct

  • You must follow all the rules and regulations set by the Institute for you to get the knowledge and experience in the best possible way. Not following the discipline might result in termination of admission with any refund of the fee.
  • If you are not able to make for any session, you must write a mail to [email protected] 3 Hours prior.
  • You must inform us in advance if you are not planning to eat a meal so that there is no wastage of food.
  • Smoking and alcohol are prohibited during the course.
