Bootcamp is a comprehensive program that includes yoga70 but also offers many additional benefits, such as two diet consultations, community support, workshops, weekly challenges, and various health benefits.
You will need a yoga mat, comfortable clothing, and a device with stable internet access to join the live sessions. Additional props like yoga blocks and straps are optional but can be helpful.
Each live session lasts about 70 minutes. You may also spend extra time on diet consultations, workshops, and community challenges.
You can attend the class/workshop via a recording, ensuring you never miss a session.
While having prior experience with yoga is beneficial, it is not necessary. The Bootcamp is designed to accommodate all fitness levels, from complete beginners to advanced practitioners. Everyone is welcome to join and benefit from the program.
After completing the Bootcamp, you have two great options to continue your journey:
- For those with more significant weight loss goals: If you need to lose more than what you lose in the program, you can renew your Bootcamp membership and keep progressing towards your goal with the same support and resources.
- For those who have achieved their weight loss goals: If you aim to lose up to 4kgs, we will provide you with a sustenance nutrition plan to help you maintain your results. Additionally, you will receive a 30% discount on the Yoga70 membership for 3 and 12-month packages, allowing you to continue your yoga practice and enjoy further health benefits beyond weight loss.
The top 3 winners will be selected based on a combination of factors: the highest weight loss percentage relative to their starting weight, consistent attendance in Yoga70 classes, active participation in workshops, and overall engagement within the community. We will share the leaderboard weekly so participants can track their progress and adjust their efforts to maximise consistency and results.
Yes, you can join the Ashmayu Bootcamp if you have lifestyle conditions such as mild hypertension, diabetes, or high cholesterol. However, the program is not suitable for individuals with severe medical conditions, chronic body pains, recent surgeries, serious injuries, or those who are pregnant. If you have any doubts about your suitability for the program, please consult your healthcare provider before joining.
Unfortunately, we do not allow cancellations, refunds, or membership transfers for the Bootcamp program. Once you commit to the program, we encourage you to participate and fully maximise the available resources and support.
