Antigravity Aerial Yoga is one of the best suspension based workout in the world.

Christopher Harrison (a former choreographer and Broadway dancer, prolific Olympic athlete, world-class gymnast, aerial performer and Hollywood celebrity) is the founder of Antigravity Aerial Yoga,

Aerobics and Fitness Association of America, American Council on Exercise, Central YMCA Qualifications and Yoga Alliance U.S. have approved the  Antigravity Aerial Yoga techniques.

Antigravity Aerial Yoga hammocks are specially designed and engineered by Christopher Harrison and can easily bear over 900 kg of weight.
