Ashmayu Integrated Yoga

Ashmayu Integrated Yoga is a holistic and dynamic amalgamation of various Asanas, Pranayama, Mudra, Bandha, Vinyasa, Relaxation and Meditation.

The classes are designed keeping your health goals in mind, such as building strength, improving flexibility, core strengthening, building stamina, calming the mind, enhancing focus and balance.

Ashmayu Integrated Yoga Packages are designed based on the no. of classes so that you can opt for the exact no. of classes that you can come for in a month. E.g. Three sessions/week or five sessions/week.

Who can join?

One who does not have any severe concern with body or mind.
