Balance Yoga

Suitable for all levels – Balance Yoga is an asana-based session which focuses on holding the asanas with breath and gazing awareness to make the body flexible and durable. This brings suppleness to the thoughts and calmness in mind. A balance yoga session will leave you with a sense of balance.

Core Yoga

Suitable for all levels – Core Yoga focuses on building strength in the entire body by means of arm balancing and abdominal strengthening asanas with breath awareness. This brings immense confidence and determination in the practitioner. A Core yoga session will leave you with tremendous energy.

Vinyasa Yoga

Suitable for all levels – In Vinyasa Yoga sessions, you move from one asana to the other in coordination with breath in a sequence which helps you build strength and stamina, improve flexibility and balance. It also helps in breaking the static thought patterns and work intensely at the physical, emotional and mental level. A vinyasa yoga session will leave you feeling invigorated.

Calm Yoga
